UNITY headquarters now in NCAIED building

The United National Indian Tribal Youth, Inc. (UNITY) is pleased to announce it has moved its corporate headquarters to the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development’s (NCAIED) building in Mesa, Arizona; accommodating UNITY’s recent rapid growth. UNITY and NCAIED are among Indian Country’s long-standing 501(c)3 organizations, each providing service to its valued clients for more than 40 years.

“We’re excited about our move to NCAIED’s building. Since 2013, UNITY’s youth council network experienced a 48% increase, growing from 135 to 200 youth councils across the country. And over the past two years, the National UNITY Conference has had record attendance with a 66% growth in attendance and participation,” said Mary Kim Titla, UNITY’s Executive Director. “Our new location allows us to expand our capacity and utilize space for youth activities and training. The move also further solidifies our collaboration with NCAIED to provide opportunities and support Native youth entrepreneurship,” she added.

“We are thrilled UNITY will be working out of our office building in Mesa,” said Chris James, President and CEO of the National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development. “Our organizations have enjoyed a close partnership in recent years, and share similar missions and goals. Working in close proximity to each other will only help the relationship between UNITY and the National Center grow and expand, which will benefit both the current and future entrepreneurs that we proudly serve,” he added.

UNITY is the oldest and largest national network organization promoting personal development, citizenship, and leadership among Native American youth. The National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development assists American Indian Tribes and their enterprises with business and economic development, evolving into the largest national Indian specific business organization in the nation.
