The National UNITY organization is hiring a Deputy Director. This is an opportunity for a highly skilled senior level leader to help shape the next phase of impact of a dynamic organization whose budget and staff have grown tremendously in the last eight years, and whose programs continue to grow in complexity, scale, and reach. The Deputy Director will be responsible for organizational effectiveness by managing operational functions of finance, accounting, contracts, human resources, and programs and supervises staff and contractors in each of these areas.
Must be mission driven, passionate about UNITY’s mission, commitment to working with youth and adults who work with youth, and has strong strategic/financial analytical skills.
