The National Center and UNITY Announces Winners of Business Plan Competition for Youth

The National Center for American Indian Enterprise Development presented two students a $1,500 check during the National UNITY Conference in Orlando, Florida for winning the Business Plan Competition for Youth. The contest was held in partnership with UNITY. The competition required high school and college-aged participants to develop a business plan and pitch their idea to a panel of experts. We are pleased to announce that Joseph Davis from Gila River Indian Community and Rachel Arthur from Colville Confederated Tribes won the competition for their idea to create a coffee shop called Aesthetic Coffee Co.

For their work and creativity, they were awarded $1,500! Congratulations to Joseph and Rachel for winning the competition, and to all of our participants for sharing their ideas with the conference.
