Education institutions, armed forces, businesses, corporations and government agencies have an opportunity to interact with as many as 2,000 American Indian and Alaska Native youth at the National UNITY Conference from July 22-26, 2016 in Oklahoma City. UNITY will host an Education & Career Expo on Monday, July 25, at the Oklahoma City Renaissance Convention Center. The Education & Career Expo promises to be a premier event that will highlight exhibitors and workshops to help youth create strategies that will lead to promising educational and career futures.
The goal of the Education & Career Expo is to provide American Indian and Alaska Native youth with a rich experience of meeting one-on-one with business leaders, federal programs, scholarship organizations, and various industries that may include manufacturing, aerospace and transportation business, arts, communications and information technology, health science, human services and architecture/construction to further deepen their career planning experience.
Exhibitors and workshop presenters may apply online to participate in the Education & Career Expo. CLICK HERE for the link. Exhibitors also have the option of setting up for the duration of the five-day conference.
