Georgina Drapeau, the Tribal Youth Program Director, discusses how they maximized community strengths, resources, and intratribal collaboration to get their program up and running. Ms. Drapeau also talks about the challenges they have encountered, including community buy in and support, and how they have worked to overcome them.
