We are excited to announce the launch of the UNITY Get Out the Vote (GOTV) Public Service Announcement (PSA) Contest. This is your chance to inspire and mobilize your community to exercise their right to vote. We seek compelling, original, and impactful non-partisan PSA 1-minute videos.
To enter the contest, you must attend at least one of the three upcoming GOTV Webinars. The webinars will also include helpful messaging in the PSAs focused on non-partisan voter education. UNITY has created a free civic engagement toolkit to help Native voter education efforts. Click here to register for the webinars on September 19th, September 26th, and October 3, 2024.
The top 20 videos with the most likes on the UNITY YouTube channel will earn CASH PRIZES each, brought to you in part by Tribes Forward, the Center For Native American Youth (CNAY) and National Urban Indian Family Coalition (NUIFC)’s Democracy Is Indigenous Initiative.
The goal is to create a message encouraging voter participation and highlighting every single vote’s importance. All videos must be non-partisan and focus on Native voter education.
