In July, I had the opportunity to talk to a few people that I look up to who gave me advice on how to move forward and better the EC during this term. I took in a lot of advice during Nationals. It was good to interact with youth councils in Dallas and hear what they feel would strengthen our network. We will work to put this into our initiative to help rebuild after Covid-19.
In December I got invited to work on a project at PDX and helped open a mural. This also put me in contact with the head person of the Coastal Cultural Center based in Lincoln City Oregon. It was great to make new partnerships.
