2023 UNITY Youth Council of the Year Award
Each year the national native network recognizes one outstanding Youth Council to receive this prestigious award at the Gala during the National UNITY Conference. This award is based on the community impact of the community service projects that the Youth Council describe in their Bi-Annual Membership Reports. Strong candidates describe how their service projects impacted their community and inspired hope in other Native youth. This is an opportunity to showcase UNITY servant leadership in the four key areas of UNITY leadership development: mental, physical, social and spiritual wellness.

Qualifications for this award are based on the submission of the UNITY Annual Membership Report and up-to-date Affiliation Fee. The National UNITY Council Membership Criteria for Youth Councils and Individual members can be found on the UNITY website.
