The Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS) Congressional Fellowship places emerging leaders in congressional offices for a year of hands-on experience in the legislative process. Fellows receive a monthly stipend, develop key policy and leadership skills & build lasting networks on Capitol Hill—all while advancing representation for AAPI communities in government.
