The Natives Aiming to Inspire Values in Education, or NATIVE Pipeline, at Cal Poly Pomona is designed to inspire Native American students to attend college and explore their academic potential.
The program helps students build a strong support system while navigating college life. Participants have access to peer mentors, faculty mentors, cultural activities on campus, and scholarships to help with housing and books.
Through a partnership with the Native American Student Center, students also have a welcoming space on campus where they can connect with community, culture, and support.
Native American students make up only a small percentage of undergraduate students nationwide, and many face challenges such as finding role models, leaving home, or feeling connected on campus. The NATIVE Pipeline helps address these barriers by creating pathways for Native students to feel supported, encouraged, and empowered in higher education.
This opportunity is based in California and is a strong resource for Native students interested in attending Cal Poly Pomona.
The deadline for this opportunity was June 15, 2026.
