Here’s important information about UNITY Nike Day at Nike WHQ
Advisors/Chaperones: Nike will require all participants to sign a liability waiver upon arrival. If you have a youth under 18 years old, you will be asked to co-sign as a guardian. Youth must remain with advisor/chaperone and group throughout the day. All participants must wear their UNITY conference badges, this is what you need to participate. Opening ceremonies will begin at the Tiger Woods Center: https://maps.app.goo.
Transportation: Buses will be provided with a pick-up at the convention center at 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM. This is a first-come first-serve basis. Return buses will pick-up at 3:00 PM and 4:15 PM. For those taking the MAX, take the Blue Line to the Merlo Rd/SW 158th Ave Stop. For those driving, you can park in any of the garages, the easiest one is the Michael Krzyzewski Parking Garage, also known as Coach K parking https://maps.app.goo.
Meals: A lunch meal will be provided for youth participants. For adults, you may dine in Nike’s employee food outlets. Coffee and food outlets will be open from 7 AM to 2 PM.
Nike Shirts: Nike supplied shirts for youth participants, available for pick-up at the conference registration desk — while they last. Please have your youth wear their shirt!
Nike Company Store Passes: Nike store passes will be distributed during the Advisor/Chaperon trainings on the first two days. There is a limit of 3 passes per advisor. Passes are good for one use only, per pass. It is recommended that if the group is larger, the individuals who go into the store can shop using FaceTime, photos, or other means to purchase for other group members. Nike Store Passes are not required to participate in UNITY Nike Day at WHQ. Passes are for the store access only.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Youth participants who are currently a collegiate athlete or in high school planning on playing at the college level are discouraged from shopping in the Nike Company Store as it may impact status due to NCAA rules and regulations.
