Are you ready to take the stage and represent Native youth from across the country? UNITY is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and passionate young leaders to serve as Youth Emcees at the 2025 National UNITY Conference!
As an emcee, you’ll play a key role in setting the tone for the conference—guiding the program, engaging the audience, introducing speakers and performers, and bringing high energy and good vibes to the main stage. This is an incredible opportunity to grow your public speaking skills, connect with other youth leaders, and uplift the voices of your community on a national platform.
We’re looking for Native youth who can bring creativity, responsibility, and presence to this exciting leadership role. Whether you’ve emceed before or this would be your first time, we encourage you to apply!
Open to Native youth ages 14–24, who are registered to attend the National UNITY Conference in San Diego, CA.

If selected as a Youth Emcee, you are required to attend the Pre-Conference Training with Chance Rush on Thursday, June 26th, 2025. This in-person training is essential to help you prepare for your responsibilities during the National UNITY Conference. During this session, you’ll receive guidance on stage presence, script reading, transitions, time management, and how to keep the audience engaged. This is also a chance to connect with fellow emcees and UNITY staff to ensure you’re fully prepared and confident when the spotlight turns to you.
