UNITY is calling on trusted adult volunteers to support our youth during the 2026 National UNITY Conference in Oklahoma City!
As we prepare to welcome Native youth, advisors, presenters, families, and guests from across the country, we are looking for dependable adults to serve on the UNITY Eagles Team. This volunteer team will help provide additional support throughout the conference by serving as extra eyes, friendly guides, and helpful points of contact during key events and activities.
UNITY Eagles volunteers may assist with:
- Helping attendees find workshop rooms and event locations
- Providing hallway support during workshop sessions
- Assisting youth and advisors with directions throughout the Convention Center
- Helping during evening events to make sure attendees are where they need to be
- Serving as a visible, welcoming adult presence throughout the conference
- Supporting UNITY staff with general conference flow and attendee assistance

This is a great opportunity for adults who want to help create a positive, organized, and supportive environment for Native youth during this historic 50th-anniversary conference.
Background checks for volunteers are essential to protect minors and all attendees. You will be asked to provide a recent background check or UNITY will pay for one on your behalf to join.
Adult volunteers interested in joining the UNITY Eagles Team must complete the volunteer form by Friday, June 19, 2026.
