In loving memory of Charlotte S. Titla, who in 1979 became one of the first chaperones/advisors to take her three oldest children to their first UNITY Conference in Oklahoma City. Among the children, is our own Executive Director, Mary Kim Titla. Charlotte, and her husband Phillip, immediately fell in love with UNITY and its mission and year after year helped raise money to send all of their children and other youth to UNITY events. Charlotte, a former tribal leader of the San Carlos Apache Tribe, is remembered for her devotion to her family, service to her community, and her unwavering faith in God.
