🌿 McKaylin Peters, 23 (Menominee Indian Tribe)
A proud member of the Menominee Indian Tribe of Wisconsin, McKaylin Peters serves as Executive Director for the Tribe, leading strategic initiatives and partnerships. With a strong background in nonprofit leadership and philanthropy, her work spans roles with UW–Madison, Native Voices Rising, and Native Americans in Philanthropy. She has contributed to national research on Native issues and supports youth leadership as a Fresh Tracks Trainer with the Aspen Institute. McKaylin holds a B.S. in Community and Nonprofit Leadership from UW–Madison and is committed to Indigenous advocacy and empowerment.

🌿 Néepa Hyde, 14 (Shinnecock Nation)
A proud Shinnecock youth leader dedicated to environmental stewardship, food sovereignty, and climate advocacy. She supports Indigenous sustainability through her work with Dream of Wild Health, Seed Rematriation, and the Shinnecock Indicators of Climate Change project. As a Youth Ocean Leader with the Earth Law Center, she helps advance global Indigenous environmental rights. Néepa leads with traditional values, inspiring Native youth to protect the Earth through cultural knowledge and action.

At just 17, Nizhoni is a UNITY 25 Under 25 honoree, entrepreneur, and activist with a 4.46 GPA. He’s headed to UC Berkeley this fall! Founder of @TheSkateSkateCycle, he’s all about Indigenous youth empowerment, fashion, and environmental justice.

Vydell, 18, is a climate advocate blending tradition and science. From wildfire research to MMIP awareness, he’s committed to change. With a 3.96 GPA and leadership roles in and out of school, he’s already making a big impact.
