One of UNITY’s first Native youth programs, created in the late 80s, is the National UNITY Council, which teaches Native youth how to engage in representative governing and policy making through annual Resolutions supported by UNITY’s Board of Trustees. Two youth from each Youth council in the National UNITY network offer suggestions and recommendations to shape the future of UNITY Inc. Watch below and learn how these youth are taking advocacy to the next level in their own communities.
